Pricing
You only pay out of money you’d already lost.
No contracts, no monthly fee, no minimum. If we don’t win it back, there’s nothing to pay.
One case, both outcomes
What a single dispute costs you with us.
Our share comes out of money that was already gone, so you end up ahead of where you were that morning instead of down a sale.
A lost case costs you exactly what it would have cost if you’d never called us — nothing.
By ticket size
The bigger the ticket, the smaller our share.
Our share is 20% up to $7,500. Above that the $1,500 cap takes over, so on a $15,000 program you pay 10%.
| Disputed charge | Split on a won case | Our share | Effective rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| $500 | $100 | 20% | |
| $1,500 | $300 | 20% | |
| $3,000 | $600 | 20% | |
| $5,000 | $1,000 | 20% | |
| $7,500 | $1,500 | 20% | |
| $10,000 | $1,500 | 15% | |
| $15,000 | $1,500 | 10% | |
| $25,000 | $1,500 | 6% |
Lose the case and every row reads $0. We only invoice on money that actually comes back.

Run your numbers
The gap between cash collected and cash kept
Your dashboard shows what you closed. This shows what survives the clawbacks, the fees, the rate increase and the money they hold back.
That's about 222.2 charges and 3.3 disputes a month.
- Money handed back$72,000
- Dispute fees$600
- Penalty fees$320
- Higher processing rates$48,000
These are estimates, not a quote. Win rates vary by reason code, evidence quality, and issuer. Reserve and rate-uplift figures are typical ranges, not your acquirer’s actual terms. The Risk Teardown replaces every assumption here with your real numbers. Thresholds last verified 2026-09-15.
Pricing questions
Before you sign up
What’s your win rate?
We’ll tell you ours once we have one on your book. Quoting an industry average would be dishonest — published win rates come from ecommerce, where the evidence is a tracking number and a signature, and digital products behave nothing like that.
What we will tell you before you sign anything:
- Which of your open disputes we think are winnable, and which aren’t.
- The reason codes you’re getting hit with most, in plain English.
- What’s missing from your evidence that we can’t fix retroactively.
Be sceptical of anyone quoting you a percentage before they’ve seen a single one of your cases.
What if you lose?
You pay nothing on that case. We only invoice on money that actually lands back in your account.
No retainer, no setup fee, no minimum, no monthly platform charge. The only way this costs you money is if it makes you money first.
How and when do you get paid?
- 20% of amounts actually recovered, capped at $1,500 per case.
- Invoiced monthly in arrears, on cases that were won and funded in that month.
- A case that’s won and later reversed comes off the next invoice.
- If we ever quote you for prevention work, that’s agreed in writing before it starts. We don’t bill surprises.
