Terms of Service

What these cover
These terms cover this website and the free tools on it. If you become a client, a separate written agreement governs that work, and it takes precedence over anything here.
The free tools are estimates, not advice
The calculator and the evidence scorer produce rough figures from what you type in. They are illustrations, not a quote, an audit, or a prediction. Do not make a financial decision on them alone.
We don’t guarantee outcomes
Whether a dispute is won is decided by the cardholder’s bank, using card network rules. Nobody controls that, and we do not claim to. We commit to fighting every case we take on with real evidence, filed before the deadline. We do not promise a win rate, and you should be sceptical of anyone who does.
We submit only what is real
We file only facts and documents your own systems actually recorded. We organise, format and argue them. We do not create, embellish or infer evidence, and we will refuse a request to submit anything we cannot verify. This is not negotiable, including for large accounts.
What we are not
We are not a law firm, a financial adviser, or a payment processor. Nothing here is legal or financial advice. We cannot remove a business from the MATCH list, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about your business.
- Grant only the access described at onboarding — read access to disputes, nothing that lets us move money.
- Respond to evidence requests promptly. We cannot meet a deadline using documents we were never given.
- While we are engaged, let us be the only party responding to your disputes. Two submissions on one case will lose it.
- Comply with the rules of your payment processor and the card networks.
Fees
Recovery work is charged as a percentage of amounts actually recovered, capped per case, invoiced monthly in arrears. If a case is lost, nothing is owed on it. Exact figures are in your engagement agreement. Other services, where agreed, are billed as set out in writing beforehand.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost disputes, processor action against your account, or business interruption. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
The site, the tools and their content belong to us. Your business data and your customers’ data remain yours.
Ending the relationship
You can revoke our access at any time, which ends the engagement going forward. Fees remain payable on cases already filed before that point, if and when they are won.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means accepting it.
